How the Pre-Order Program Works
For 2026, we’re running a limited production of the Dialed Camp Kitchen. Offering it as a pre-order ensures we can build accurately, maintain quality, and get kitchens into the hands of customers who truly need and plan to use them—without overproducing or cutting corners.
Each pre-order includes an estimated delivery window listed on the product page. We’ll share regular updates as production progresses, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your item ships.
Yes. Pre-orders are charged at checkout. This allows us to secure materials, schedule production, and deliver your kitchen as efficiently as possible.
Pre-orders for the Dialed Camp Kitchen are subject to the following cancellation terms:
- Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund until production begins.
- Once production begins, pre-orders become non-refundable, as materials and manufacturing resources have been committed.
- Customers will be notified by email prior to the start of production and before the refund cutoff takes effect.

The Dialed Camp Kitchen is a complex, high-quality system with long lead times. Pre-orders allow us to build thoughtfully, avoid excess inventory, and focus on quality, durability, and long-term support rather than mass production.
We plan production in limited runs. While future runs are possible, availability is not guaranteed. Pre-ordering is the best way to secure a kitchen from the 2026 production.

Kickstarter Backers
Yes. All Kickstarter orders are fulfilled before or alongside any future pre-orders. Kickstarter production and fulfillment are allocated first.
Yes. Within Kickstarter fulfillment, orders ship in the order they were placed. This means early VIP backers are expected to ship first, followed by other Kickstarter backers, before any future pre-orders.
No. Pre-orders are planned only after allocating inventory for Kickstarter backers and do not affect Kickstarter fulfillment order.
Yes. Kickstarter backers received our lowest launch pricing as a thank-you for supporting Dialed early.
After the Kickstarter campaign, we opened a limited number of additional units to support a small post-campaign production run while maintaining our commitments to backers. This allows us to build accurately without overproducing or cutting corners.
Kickstarter pledges are made through Kickstarter and follow their platform rules. Pre-orders placed through our website are standard store orders and follow our published cancellation and refund policies. Kickstarter backers received early access and the lowest launch pricing as part of the campaign.
Discounts & Sales
Yes we offer a 10% discount on products. Please provide a government-issued ID or basic documents that prove status, such as military service records to our support team at support@dialedoutdoor.com.

If you purchase a full-price item from Dialed and and we lower the price within 14 days of your purchase, we’re happy to refund the difference, as long as the item is still in-stock or the drop batch has availability.
Sale items and refurbished deals are excluded from price adjustments.

Shipping
