Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In original packaging

In resellable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at Support@dialedoutdoor.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including domestic and international returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For international returns, any duties, taxes, or import fees are also non-refundable
Dialed is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Pre-Orders (Important)
Pre-orders for the Dialed Camp Kitchen are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund until production begins

Once production begins, pre-orders become non-refundable, as materials and manufacturing resources have been committed

Customers will be notified by email prior to the start of production and before the refund cutoff takes effect
These policies allow us to accurately plan production, maintain quality, and deliver on schedule.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out to Support@dialedoutdoor.com, and we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
