At Dialed, we’re committed to delivering your gear as efficiently and transparently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout prior to purchase

  • Rates vary by destination and cover packaging, handling, and carrier fees


Order Processing & Pre-Orders

Most Dialed products are offered on a pre-order basis due to limited production runs.

  • Pre-order items ship once production is complete and inventory arrives at our warehouse

  • Estimated delivery windows are provided at the time of purchase and may be updated as production progresses

  • Customers will receive email updates throughout the production and fulfillment process

  • In-stock accessories (if ordered separately) may ship earlier


Shipping Timeline

Once your order ships:

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Transit times vary by location and carrier

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • International shipping rates and availability are shown at checkout

  • International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP)

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery

  • Dialed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, international orders are subject to different return conditions. Please review our Return Policy for full details before placing an international order.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Dialed is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If you need to update your address, contact Support@dialedoutdoor.com as soon as possible after placing your order.


Delays & Force Majeure

While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Port congestion

  • Customs inspections

  • Manufacturing or supply-chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant changes to your shipping timeline.


Damaged or Lost Shipments
